How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our products, select your desired items and customization options, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.
What is your order processing time? As our products are prepared to order, please allow 3-7 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. This processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed? Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our production queue. Therefore, changes or cancellations are not possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How can I track my order’s delivery status? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
How long will delivery take after my order is shipped? For domestic deliveries within Malaysia, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days. Please note this is an estimate provided by the courier and can vary.
Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. For other international destinations, please see the options available during the checkout process.
Do you offer self-pickup? Yes, we do. If you are in the area, you can choose the self-pickup option at checkout. We will inform you via email when your order is ready for collection.
